I was absolutely furious about the $100 incidental fee! This hidden charge turned our affordable stay into an outrageously expensive one. To add insult to injury, the first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke as if a bar had just closed. We had to go back to the front desk and demand a cleaner room! Why should a family pay for a room that might not even be cleaned properly?

First things first,, the staff were ALL friendly! The breakfast for a hotel breakfast was actually good. The kids loved the sprinkles and Nutella with their waffles! So many good options, had a blast!

The indoor pool was under renovation without prior notice, leaving an overwhelming odor of epoxy paint that dampened the experience. The pillows in the King Room with Sofa were incredibly flat, prompting a late-night trip to purchase a new one. The bed was squeaky and quite stiff, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
